The Program’s ‘Partner tiers’ start at Bronze and progress to Silver, Gold, and Platinum, and they include a variety of rewards like discounts and referral fees for partners. You can submit a Partner Program inquiry HERE.
To join the ApprovalMax Partner Program and qualify for partner discounts and benefits, partners must have at least one active paid subscription.
Partners are Resellers of ApprovalMax
Partners earn rewards whenever they introduce ApprovalMax to multi-entity clients or clients using Oracle NetSuite. If a Partner believes a client can benefit from ApprovalMax, they offer referral fees for introducing and onboarding that client to ApprovalMax.
Once a client has implemented ApprovalMax, Partners receive either direct payouts or the chance to put those fees toward covering their own ApprovalMax subscription (terms and conditions apply). Partners receive a $297.88* (£230) referral fee for every Xero or QuickBooks Online client with a minimum of 3 organizations. Partners can also receive a $1295.15* (£1,000) referral fee for any NetSuite client.
Partners can offer Discounts to their Clients
ApprovalMax offers its partners combined discounts based on the volume of clients with paid subscriptions and qualifying tier discounts based on their practice size and the number of managed organizations.

Partners can become ‘Approved/Certified Installers’ of ApprovalMax
ApprovalMax Partner Certification is designed for accountants and advisors who want to improve their understanding of ApprovalMax and gain more confidence using it. To get certified, partners can watch on-demand training videos and complete a series of quizzes. The certification qualifies for CPEs (or CPDs) and is free for partners and their teams.
Certification courses are suitable for those who are new to ApprovalMax as well as experienced users. Certification allows partners to understand ApprovalMax inside and out, allowing them to leverage all the application’s tools and features to save time, money, and effort. The training covers the following topics:
- ApprovalMax value proposition from the user’s, clients’, and administrators’ perspectives
- Key and advanced features
- Support and maintenance
- Billing and subscription management
Course completion allows partners to promote their globally recognized certification to prospective employers and clients. Partners who become ‘Approved/Certified’ Installers receive both a ‘certificate’ and a ‘certification badge.’
Partners Access Dedicated Customer Support
ApprovalMax has a dedicated team of customer success managers across multiple time zones that can be contacted via email or chat.
Partners have access to a dedicated Partner Success Manager and a Support Team who can help them with queries of any nature. Partners can also suggest and vote for features they want to be developed in the app. This is in addition to being part of regular NPS surveys related to the tool.
