Generosity is an Anders core value that is represented at every level of the firm. Our employees proudly volunteer, lead and support charitable organizations throughout their communities, both as individuals and collectively as part of the firm. The firm is proud to foster an environment that encourages, empowers and enables people to offer their time, skills and resources to provide improvements for our communities. The 9th annual Anders Community Impact Report showcases the result of that generosity.
Anders employees are dedicated members of their community, with nearly 300 firm employees supporting their local organizations through memberships. Collectively, the firm also supported over 400 organizations through financial donations and volunteering, with 111 employees taking leadership positions as board members.
The annual Anders Charity of Choice program also provides employees an opportunity to participate in firm events, raising money and volunteering their time for a new charity each year. The firm raises donations and organizes annual volunteer opportunities for all employees to take part in. The charity is nominated and voted on by employees of the firm, continuing a proud tradition of generosity. The Charity of Choice program has raised over $400,000 for charitable causes since it began 20 years ago.
In 2024, Anders employees selected Memory Care Home Solutions (MCHS), an organization that supports people living with dementia as well as their care partners to help improve and extend quality time in their home. Generous donations and internal fundraising efforts allowed Anders to raise over $27,000 for MCHS so the organization can continue to provide caregivers the tools, education and resources they need to destress and create a safer home environment for their loved one living with memory loss.
With gratitude towards our employees and community partners, Anders looks back on 2024 through our Community Impact Report to celebrate what we were able to accomplish together.
