Alexander V. Di Lello – Partner, January 2025
Alexander has been an integral part of our firm since 2012, and has consistently demonstrated outstanding commitment, leadership, and a deep understanding of our clients’ needs. His ability to build deep, lasting, and meaningful relationships with clients has been the everlasting foundation of his practice. Alexander has focused his specialty on Succession, Estate and Retirement Planning, Estate/Trust Compliance, Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) Transactions, Corporate Reorganization and Tax Planning. As a Partner, Alex will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our firm, as well as continuing to provide invaluable guidance to our clients and our people.

Erik joined the firm in 2015 and has become an indispensable member of the RLB team. A cornerstone of knowledge and support, Erik is deeply committed to developing his team members and serves as a leader in knowledge sharing across the firm. Erik’s work ethic is defined by a high degree of ownership and accountability. His meticulous attention to detail, unwavering dedication to clients, and passion for their success enable him to tackle even the most challenging files.
