We’re excited to announce that starting immediately, current UARC members can now receive a 15% discount at Sweet Hazel & Co., a Murray-based bakery that is 100% vegan and 100% delicious. The discount applies to all of the goods produced by Sweet Hazel and offered in their display case.
Sweet Hazel & Co. was founded in 2020 by its owner-manager, Felicia “Fee” Holmberg, and is named in honor of Fee’s beloved cat, Hazel. Since starting her business our of her home in 2020, Sweet Hazel has enjoyed rapid growth, largely from word-of-mouth as the Utah vegan community began to spread the news about this new delicious vegan baker in town. Recently, Sweet Hazel has opened up a storefront in Murray along 4500 South, located conveniently near I-15.
In order to meet an ever-growing demand, Sweet Hazel has now expanded its production capacity into a large industrial kitchen, shared with two other local businesses. This massive kitchen is staffed by professionals who craft a wide range of vegan sweets sold at Sweet Hazel, including absolutely detectable vegan alternatives to popular candy bars, including Twix, Three Muskateers, Snickers, and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
In addition to the vegan candy bars, Sweet Hazel also makes delicious cakes, cheese cakes, tiramisu, cannolis, pies, cupcakes, mini-cakes, muffins and other baked goods. All 100% vegan. Sweet Hazel can also do your custom orders, including cakes for special occasions. Their treats are not only pleasing to the palate, but also delightfully beautiful to look at.
