Aquarius: Air sign (Jan 20 – Feb 18)
Aquarians are known for getting off the beaten path and exploring the great outdoors; they also revel in going against the grain and love mixing things up, making sure that no two days look the same. For this confident air sign, North Africa and the Middle East are the most popular destinations and, with a tendency to be technical and analytical, the booking data shows they’re also more likely to book in advance.

Pisces: Water sign (Feb 19 – Mar 20)
Compassionate and considerate Pisces make fantastic travel companions, and their dreamy and deep emotional sensitivity often allows them to view the world from a unique standpoint. Always one to trust their gut, Pisces are among the most last-minute bookers of the star signs and, with their serene-seeking nature, it’s no surprise that they naturally lean towards marine-based itineraries. In fact, they are the second most likely group to book a trip to Antarctica.

Aries: Fire sign (Mar 21 – Apr 19)
Data shows that of all the star signs, Aries are most likely to book a Classic trip style. But as they’re known for being courageous, bold, and ambitious, they also lean towards more adventurous destinations – in fact, they are the star sign most likely to book an adventure in Central America, but also love trips to Europe. While they’re typically known for being rash, our data shows they’re neither last-minute or far-in-advance bookers – and sit happily in the middle.

Taurus: Earth sign (Apr 20 – May 20)
Appreciating security, group travel offers Taureans the reassurance to travel solo. Taureans are seen as earth dwellers, and love the calming effect of a steady routine and tranquil environments. Our data shows that they’re one of the most likely signs to book an active trip, where they can connect to the earth through beautiful hikes, landscapes, and nature. Asia is their main booking destination, but they are the second-most likely star sign to book a trip to Central America.
You’re destined for: Solo-ish Bali
Taureans can embrace one of the most beautiful islands on earth on this adventure for mind, body, and soul. There’s visits to lush waterfalls and bike rides through paddy fields, mountain guesthouse stays, a trek up Mount Batur at sunrise, and swims with manta rays.
Gemini: Air sign (May 21 – Jun 20)
Being super-relaxed, taking last-minute changes in stride, and preferring company to being alone, group travel is a perfect fit for solo Geminis. Being the third largest booker overall, Geminis also make up the highest proportion of male travellers, and are in the top three star signs that will book direct – another nod to their easy-going nature. They’re the second most likely zodiac to book a trip to North Africa and the Middle East. But their top booking destination? That’ll be Peru.
You’re destined for: Solo-ish Peru
This relaxed adventure immerses you in the wonders of Peru, starting with a fun cooking class in Lima before diving into a community-focused day in the Sacred Valley. There’s free time to soak in hot springs, ancient ruin discovery, strolls through vibrant markets, and a magical train ride to the ‘Lost City of Machu Picchu.’
Cancer: Water sign (Jun 21 – Jul 22)
The solo adventure travel aficionados! This water sign is tied for first when it comes to solo bookings. Keen to see the world from a young age, they also make up the highest proportion of 18-to-Thirtysomethings bookers (for travellers aged 18 to 39), and true to their water sign, they are the second-most likely star sign to book marine-based adventures. They’ve booked the most trips to Africa compared to other signs, and also love trips to Australia and New Zealand.
You’re destined for: Solo-ish New Zealand
This outdoor lovers’ dream trip goes big on marine-based fun, with the option to kayak on Lake Mapourika and take a day-long boat trip through the spectacular scenery of Fiordland National Park. There’s time learning about the rich traditions of Māori culture with local hosts, fur seal watching in Kaikoura, plus gorge and glacier hikes.
Leo: Fire sign (Jul 23 – Aug 22)
Sharing the top spot for the most adventures booked, Leos are known for craving trips to adventurous destinations; they have a lust for life and seek out trips aligned with their fiery boldness. Leos prefer the warm climate of Asia, with Thailand being a firm favourite among the fire sign. They are also among the star signs that prefer to book with a travel agent.

With the youngest average age, Virgos are eager to get out and see the world as early as possible and enjoy getting to know people on a deeper level, with the highest level of local living bookings. They are the star sign most likely to book a trip to the US or Europe, but they are most keen on Costa Rica.

Capricorn: Earth sign (Dec 22 – Jan 19)
Capricorns love a well thought-out plan, the more structured, the better. They tend to be risk averse, playing it safe with destinations they want to visit. Unsurprisingly, the data shows they are most likely to book via a travel agent, showing they value an added level of expertise and guidance when organizing their adventure.
