Poland’s Minister of Infrastructure Dariusz Klimczak has announced that LOT Polish Airlines has expanded its fleet by acquiring two additional Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft.
“In the face of global challenges related to the availability of wide-body aircraft, this success opens up new expansion opportunities for PLL LOT in line with its adopted development strategy,” Klimczak said in a post on X on March 27, 2025.
The new aircraft will allow for an increase in long-haul flights and the introduction of new routes planned through 2028, he added.
