Pilatus delivers 153 planes in 2024, $2.4 billion new orders

Swiss aircraft manufacturer Pilatus Aircraft has published details on the company’s performance in 2024, indicating an increase in both deliveries and new orders.

On February 19, 2025, Pilatus announced that 153 aircraft had been delivered to customers, including 96 PC-12 NGXs, 51 PC-24s and 6 PC-21s. In 2023, Pilatus handed over 148 aircraft to customers.

The Swiss company’s sales totaled CHF1.633 billion ($1.8 billion) last year, an increase from CHF1.478 ($1.6 billion) in 2023.

New aircraft orders in 2024 were valued at CHF2.193 billion ($2.4 billion), compared to CHF1.513 billion ($1.6 billion) during the previous year.

Despite the positive results, Pilatus said it was “again confronted with supplier-related delivery delays and quality problems, which impaired production processes”.

In its results Pilatus highlighted a new contract with Royal Canadian Air Force for 19 PC-21s in 2024, and the launch of its PC-24 Super Versatile Jet – dubbed the ‘World’s Greatest Single’.
