If nutrient density is your thing then you can get to meet the Pope of nutrient density on Tuesday the 18th of November.

I have long maintained that the only way that regenerative agriculture becomes the dominant form of agriculture is when we can measure the nutrients in our food.

The one man who has been on a crusade to test for nutrient density, define it and produce a nutrient density meter is Dan Kittredge of the Bionutrient Food Association. Dan has been at it for years and he is coming to South Africa for the first time next week.
