Marriott’s First Global Promotion for 2025. Earn Double Elite Nights and 1000 points (Registration Open)
Marriott Bonvoy’s first global promotion for 2025 has just been announced. It has the potential to be very lucrative for those who would like to lock in on some Marriott Bonvoy nights early in the year by earning double nights for every night stayed.
Marriott Double Elite Nights Promotion
Marriott has launched the new Double Elite Nights promotion for stays between February 11 and April 28, 2025. The registration link is live, and you must register before earning the double elite nights and bonus points. You can earn double elite nights from the first stay itself. In terms of bonus points, you will earn uncapped bonus points since there is no cap on how many points you can earn.
After registration, you would earn double elite nights, potentially earning you status in the Marriott Bonvoy programme sooner. Here is how many elite nights are needed for status in Marriott Bonvoy in 2025:
- Silver Elite: 10 Elite Nights
- Gold Elite: 25 Elite Nights
- Platinum Elite: 50 Elite Nights
- Titanium Elite: 75 Elite Nights
- Ambassador Elite: 100 Elite Nights + USD 23,000 spend
On a typical day, people earn 10 Bonvoy points per USD at most Marriott brands and 5 points per USD at Element, Residence Inn and Towne Place Suites. However, once registration is complete, between February 11 and April 28, 2025, you will be able to get 1000 bonus points per (paid) night stay as well. All hotels around the globe will participate, and you need to book directly via Marriott.com or select channels such as our luxury travel booking service (which provides perks) to earn points in the promotion.
If you choose to stay at a Marriott Homes & Villas property, you can earn double elite night credit and bonus points. These will be posted up to 6 weeks after the promotion earning period ends. Until last year, Marriott did not qualify Homes & Villas stays for double elite nights, which is a welcome change.
Exceptions apply for stays at BVLGARI, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, Marriott Executive Apartments, and owner-occupied weeks at Marriott Vacation Club, Grand Residences by Marriott, Marriott Grand Residence Club, Sheraton Vacation Club, Westin Vacation Club, The Ritz-Carlton Club, The St. Regis Residence Club, and The Luxury Collection Residence Club.
Only eligible paid stays completed after registration and during the promotion earning period will qualify for the promotion. Award redemption stay nights, including Cash + Points Awards, Free Night Awards, or points redemption, are not eligible for the promotion.
You can also tag on the Marriott Bonvoy HDFC Bank Diners Club Credit Card to earn more Marriott Bonvoy Points and get ten elite nights credited to your account for an even faster qualification to Marriott’s elite tiers.
You should register right away, as it costs nothing, and you might forget later. Registration for this promotion closes on April 14, 2025.
