Decided to invest in new laptop – Galaxy Book 4 Pro (OK it’s last year’s model) on the grounds that it would communicate effortlessly with my Galaxy phone and tablet. Lovely machine except that the battery life is nothing like the advertised one. Then it refused to talk Bluetooth to any of my kit. My 24 Ultra phone offered the hand of friendship but it ws rejected. Took it back to John Lewis who speedily replaced it. Bore the replacement triumphantly home — to find exactly the same failure to recognise any Bluetooth piece of kit except the hearing aids necessary in my decrepit old age. There have been mutterings on the internet about Android /Windows 11 disagreements. Has anyone else come across this problem and, more importantly, heard of a fix before I abandon my dream of a Samsung happy family?
