The NWS in Huntsville has issued a wind advisory for all of northern Alabama until 10pm this evening. Wind gusts are expected to range from 30-40mph at times, which may blow around unsecured light objects or knock a few branches down.
These winds are not associated with the risk of strong to severe storms tonight, which could bring wind gusts up to 60mph in a few spots.
