Super premium gin Renais is celebrating its second birthday with the launch of a limited-edition Grand Cru Cask-Aged Gin today. Representing Renais’ first liquid innovation since its launch in 2023, Renais Cask-Aged Gin will be available to UK consumers from today, RRP £90 for a 70 cl bottle from www.renais.co.uk. This new expression has an initial limited amount of 720 bottles.
This first addition to the Renais Gin portfolio pays homage to the French wine-making traditions and heritage that inspired Renais Gin. Carefully rested for one year in hand-selected French oak casks that once held prestigious Grand Cru wines, this gin embodies a fusion of distilling precision and oenological heritage.
Crafted in small batches, each bottle captures theessence of Renais’ terroir-driven philosophy whileintroducing layered complexity, silky texture, vanillaand spice notes and a distinctive hue influenced byits time in wine-soaked oak. The result is asophisticated spirit, ideal for contemplative sipping or luxurious reinterpretations of classic cocktails.
Renais Grand Cru Cask-Aged Gin is presented in a stunning 70 cl bottle which is adorned with an emerald green label and edged with gold foil providing texture. Each bottle is individually hand numbered and packaged in biodegradable mycelium, within an emerald sleeve.
