Ingredients
15ml MONIN Blackcurrant fruit mix
20ml MONIN Cloudy Lemonade concentrate
50ml London Dry Gin
100ml soda water
Method
Add all ingredients to a highball glass filled
with ice and stir to combine

With a lemon slice or edible flower

A low ABV serve inspired by the favourite sweet
Ingredients
15ml MONIN Blackcurrant fruit mix
10ml PARAGON Vetiver cordial
25ml port
3 dashed cranberry bitters
75ml Fever-Tree Damson & Sloe Berry tonic
water
Method
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir
until combined. Strain into a coupette.
