Mash bill B is comprised of: 60% corn, 35% rye, and 5% malted barley.

Mash bill E is:75% corn, 20%, rye, and 5% malted barley.

These are then combined with the 5 different yeast types: V – Delicate Fruit, K – Slight Spice, O – Rich Fruit, Q – Floral, and F – Herbal.

This then results in these 10 different bourbon profiles:

1 – OBSV – Delicate fruit & rye
2 – OBSK – Rye & baking spices
3 – OBSO – Rich fruit
4 – OBSQ – Rye and lightly floral
5 – OBSF – Delicate rye & mint
6 – OESV – Delicate fruit & caramel
7 – OESK – Baking spices
8 – OESO – Rich fruit & vanilla
9 – OESQ – Delicate grains and floral
10 – OESF – Light grain & mint

The breakdown of the codes goes as such: O = The Four Roses Distillery, E = The Mash Bill, S = Straight Whiskey,V = Identifies The Yeast Used
