Brooklyn Brewery is thrilled to announce the listing of the iconic Stonewall Inn IPA across 35 All Bar One locations in the UK. This milestone marks an exciting expansion of the collaboration between the Brooklyn Brewery brand managed by Carlsberg Britvic in the UK, and Mitchells & Butlers, national operator of the All Bar One brand.
Craft Beer with Heritage and Purpose
The Stonewall Inn IPA, crafted by Brooklyn Brewery in partnership with the legendary Stonewall Inn in New York City, first launched in the UK in April 2024. This slightly hazy, 4.3% ABV IPA stands out with bold grapefruit and bright citrus peel notes, offering a balanced flavour profile that combines subtle hop bitterness with a refreshing, dry finish. The beer has quickly become a symbol of progress and resilience, spearheading the Stonewall Inn Gives Back Initiative (SIGBI), which empowers LGBTQ+ communities globally.

A Story of Collaboration and Growth
The Stonewall Inn IPA was first brewed in 2017 by Brooklyn Brewery’s acclaimed Brewmaster Garrett Oliver at the request of the owners of the Stonewall Inn for which it was named and whose legacy it was created to celebrate. The beer not only pays homage to the Stonewall Inn’s legacy but also celebrates the 2017 launch of SIGBI, the official charitable giving organisation of The Stonewall Inn.
As well as raising awareness and spreading the story of The Stonewall Inn, the Stonewall Inn IPA is part of a wider collaboration with SIGBI, where Brooklyn Brewery supports the charity’s work with LGBTQ+ communities globally. . Its listing at All Bar One builds on its successful introduction to the UK, where it has already captivated drinkers with its exceptional flavour and meaningful story.
