Italy’s Pasqua Sees U.S. Market Drive Growth
Italian wine group Pasqua saw revenues climb 6% to €64 million ($70m) last year, propelled by a 40% increase in the U.S. market. Exports now account for 90.2% of Pasqua’s business, up from 87.6% a year ago. Pasqua said new commercial partnerships, along with its approach of tailoring its portfolio on a state by state basis to meet local preferences, drove U.S. gains last year. Overall, Verona-based Pasqua has doubled its revenues in the last decade. Its portfolio includes offerings like Famiglia Pasqua, Mai Dire Mai, 11 Minutes, Hey French, and Terre di Cariano Cecilia Beretta.—Daniel Marsteller
