Heaven Hill Fires Up Production At New Bardstown Distillery
Heaven Hill has commenced production at its new Bardstown, Kentucky facility, Heaven Hill Springs. The first barrel has been filled at the distillery and production will run while the company completes the $200 million construction project between now and September. Initially, Heaven Hill Springs will produce 150,000 barrels per year, with capacity scalable up to 450,000.
The company’s return to Bardstown has been nearly 30 years in the making, following the 1996 fire that destroyed the Old Heaven Hill Springs distillery. The opening of Heaven Hill Springs comes as the company approaches its 90th anniversary on December 13th, 2025.
