Flying Ace Straight Bourbon Whiskey Review – It’s just the booze dancing…

Booze Dancing TV

Here we go again! ANOTHER trip to Michigan for yet ANOTHER Bourbon review. Thankfully this review is going up mid-summer (as opposed to Midsommar) which is a great time to be in Michigan!

The Michigan whiskey we’ll be discussing today is called Flying Ace Straight Bourbon Whiskey, and it’s from Holland, Michigan. Here are a few words about it taken directly from their website:

Flying Ace bourbon whiskey is inspired by generations of American aviators who melded a maverick spirit of adventure with a commitment to precision in their endeavors. With that as its guiding north star, Flying Ace produces small-batch, American-made bourbons that are blended using artful craftsmanship in Holland, Michigan. Their smooth and well-balanced flavor profiles pay tribute to Michigan’s history of producing some of the finest aviators and airplanes in the world.

A uniquely American blend of 3 and 4-year-old sourced bourbons using 21% and 36% rye mashbills. Aged in charred new oak barrels and blended to undeniably smooth perfection with notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted rye spice, and ripe stone fruit. 42% ABV

We’re pleased that they explicitly say that they sourced this whiskey. We appreciate honesty. To find out what we thought of this whiskey, click play on the above video.
