“I’ve been lucky enough to open restaurants all over the world, but there’s something truly unique about London. It’s where my journey began, and it’s the city I’m proud to call home. Watching it evolve into a global culinary powerhouse has been remarkable. Building this beautiful space has been an ambitious project, but that’s exactly what makes Gordon Ramsay Restaurants so special— we never stop pushing boundaries.
I couldn’t be more excited to open three of our most iconic restaurants, all reimagined, taken to new heights, and built under one roof, it’s a dream come true and a major milestone for our business. All that and a place where anyone can come and level up their skills in the kitchen, it’s unbelievable. To offer exceptional food and drinks with some of the most stunning views of London’s skyline is truly amazing. It’s about creating something extraordinary for those who share our passion for great food and this incredible city.” Says Gordon Ramsay
Also perched on the 60th floor, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High offers an extraordinary dining experience with stunning panoramic views of London’s landmarks. This exclusive 12-seat chef’s table blends the legacy of Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea – which celebrated its 25th anniversary last year and 23 years with three Michelin stars- with a modern twist incorporating Neo-Nordic and Japanese-inspired flavours and techniques. Executive Head Chef James Goodyear, with his vast culinary expertise, elevates the dining journey with reimagined classics and bold new directions.
At Restaurant Gordon Ramsay High, the menu reimagines iconic dishes from the original Royal Hospital Road restaurant with a modern twist. James Goodyear and his team take beloved classics in bold new directions, creating an innovative and immersive dining journey. The experience begins with canapés served right off the pass, setting the stage for the meal ahead. Highlights include the legendary Pecan Parfait, reinterpreted with a fresh flavour profile, and the iconic Parker House Roll, transformed into a sharing-style centrepiece. Each course is paired with a dedicated and expert-led beverage selection, enhancing the culinary journey. Offering a dynamic Carte Blanche menu daily, every dish surprises and delights, showcasing Chef Goodyear’s boundless creativity for a truly unforgettable meal.

As the highest cookery school in the UK, it offers a unique setting to elevate culinary skills.
Designed by Russell Sage Studios, the interiors of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants at 22 Bishopsgate are crafted to celebrate the unparalleled city views. Dark finishes and subtle lighting minimize reflections, while key illuminated elements, like the backlit Main Bar and suspended fabric gantry, add visual interest without overshadowing the scenery. Collaborating with lighting designer Victoria Jerram, all light sources are discreetly placed to create a perfect ambiance day and night, ensuring the view remains the focal point. Every design detail, from the striking views in the bathrooms the enhanced detailing on the fabrications and materials, each detail is designed with the intent of immersing guests in a setting where the view takes centre stage.
The final stages of this ambitious project will include the upcoming openings of Lucky Cat Terraceand Bread Street Kitchen Bishopsgate later in 2025.
