Crafted from fresh, ripe limes that are juiced and dehydrated at source, Bau Lime is a shelf-stable, powdered citrus solution. When rehydrated, it delivers the bright, vibrant character of fresh lime juice – ideal for high-volume venues and cocktail programs where consistency is key. One 117 gram sachet equates to one litre of lime juice, containing the juice of approximately 34 fresh limes, offering a remarkably efficient and consistent alternative to hand-juicing.
With over 80% less transport weight, no refrigeration required, and a two-year shelf life, Bau Lime dramatically reduces waste and environmental impact – without compromising on flavour.
