Tales C Tails UK, in partnership with Rhythm Kitchen, is excited to present a special Rum Tasting s Cocktail Masterclass celebrating the remarkable women shaping the drinks industry. This event will take place on March 1st, 2025 at Rhythm Kitchen in Walthamstow, London, from 1-4 PM.
An early celebration of International Women’s Day and Mother’s Day, this event will highlight the creativity, passion, and innovation of women-led and female-influenced brands in the world of rum and cocktails.
What to Expect:
- Welcome drinks on arrival
- Rum Tasting s Behind-the-Bottle Stories from the founders and brand ambassadors
- Signature cocktail masterclass, where you’ll learn to make two exceptional cocktails
- Caribbean Style Afternoon Tea, featuring a selection of savoury treats, scones, and cakes, including mango-glazed chicken wings, salt fish fritters, mini plantain cornbread, and more!
- Light-hearted games with exciting prizes to be won
This unique event will spotlight the incredible stories behind female-led brands and those significantly influenced by women. Attendees will enjoy a tasting session for each brand lead by their respective founders/ambassadors.

- Sally Chilton of RamTang – The founder of this family-run citrus-infused drink, a dream come to life. Sally’s passion for flavour and fun will take you through her journey of crafting a unique liqueur from her South London kitchen.
- Jaspreet Ward of State of Rum – Born in a small pub in Cambridgeshire, Jaspreet founded State of Rum with the vision of creating exceptional, small-batch flavoured rum. A proud single mother, she embodies innovation and connection through her craft.

- Danielle David of Kromanti Rum – Dani, co-founder of Kromanti, brings Afro- Caribbean heritage and tradition into every sip of her award-winning rum. She is on a mission to reclaim rum’s lost stories and honour the Caribbean diaspora.
- Holy Lama Naturals is a family-led brand from Kerala, India, empowering marginalized women with financial independence through its ethical and sustainable practices. While Holy Lama won’t be in physical attendance, Eron Mibo will be educating guests about their mission and the exceptional natural products they create through their spice drops.
