Tall Boys Super Seven : Appearance, Aroma, and Taste
Slightly murky body, with it leaning towards a darker orange, brown colour. Thick frothy head that stuck to the side of the glass during drinking, leaving same colour streaks down the glass.
Thick resinous notes of pine come through initially, akin to a classic West Coast IPA. As those dank notes mellow out, a light passion fruit aroma with citrus lemon and grapefruit notes coming through. There was a medium amount of sweetness coming through.
In terms of bitterness, the body began with a decent kick to the palate, before having the soothing pine notes come through to ease off the bitterness. The body didn’t divert away from the aroma, with a light passion fruit and citrus flavour pervading throughout drinking into the aftertaste.
