The MG BIB Old Fashioned – It’s just the booze dancing…

One more time…

Back in late June, we received an email from Gene Cooper of McMann & Tate Cocktail Company asking if we’d like to try an assortment of their cocktail bitters. Of course we said, “YES!”, so here we are with yet another little cocktail that we concocted in the Booze Dancing Research Lab.

This is the fourth of four cocktails. It was made with the McMann & Tate Moroccan Orange Bitters. Here’s what they have to say about it on their website:

Drink with zest. With McMann & Tate’s Moroccan Orange Bitters it’s easy to liven up your favorite gin, vodka and tequila cocktails. Subtly citrus and aromatic, our orange flavored cocktail bitters feature a blend of Moroccan, Turkish and Spanish orange peel, fresh orange zest and a variety of spices and roots.

Ingredients: Alcohol, orange peel, cacao, burdock, allspice, cardamom, clove, anise. ABV 35.4%

Our fourth cocktail is an Old Fashioned that we call the “MG BIB Old Fashioned”. Here’s the recipe:

Method: Pour over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel and Maraschino cherry.
