The Suzuki Gixxer that I currently have is a 2016 BS4 carbureted model, and I have built a dual headlight setup for it from scratch. To prevent them from getting damaged, I have installed a headlight guard, which again I have custom-made using plexiglass. The video shows the entire process involved in making the headlight guard.
