I’ve broken the following crystals into five stages you could go through in order, from releasing old energy to taking action. However, you might only need help in one or a few of these areas. Please read through to see which stones are the most suitable for where you are now.
Crystals are like a life coach, they can help you but you have to help you too… Crystals can support you but you will need to follow through with time for reflection and maybe some journalling. Plus, committing to consistent action toward your goals and manifestations is essential.

Over the past six months or so you will have experienced some bumps, setbacks and low points. Sometimes the energy can linger and the heaviness can dampen your spirits. That’s why I’m recommending Satin Spar/Selenite to deep clean your aura of any negative energy that you are carrying.
