A spur-of-the-moment (January) mixed-genre podcast inspired by the two 12k tracks (4 & 9) & expanded from there. Fun in the construction phase as we reached back to favorites such as the Passengers & Budd/Foxx (to ensure proper project aural stability).
Each podcast undergoes a “finishing process”, where it is listened to, tweaked & tracks are substituted & deleted/added; final 2 tracks added were #s 10 (RETE) & 12 (Asha Patera).
The Traksmann composition, which I’ve been trying to incorporate into a mix for some time now, was edited so as to remove the propensity of string swell & the title derived from the first word that entered my mind as I was creating the podcast’s system folders (Podcast/Art/Tracks/Mix).
Spontaneity has its rewards.
