Even if you’re not a fan of yoga, you’ll want to visit Stretch & Fold. This unique spot in Amsterdam Noord not only features a fantastic yoga studio but also boasts a large rooftop terrace with a pool, sauna, and a fine restaurant. In addition to yoga, you can join workshops, Pilates, and other classes. They also offer massages.

The White Door Studio
Few yoga studios in Amsterdam are as aesthetically pleasing as The White Door Studio. This spot in Amsterdam West features a cosy lounge with designer furniture, a stunning green practice space, and excellent yoga instructors. Their Pilates classes are also highly recommended.

This yoga studio now has two locations in Amsterdam West. It’s a small but beautiful yoga school with plenty of room for personal attention. They offer many types of yoga, including sessions for pregnant women and those aged 55+, but they primarily focus on Yin, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga yoga.
