This story begins in Paris. There Green Farmer’s started out as a delivery restaurant as part of a dark kitchen, during corona times. From all their restaurants it was the only vegan concept but it was the most successful, so after a while they decided to continue just with Green Farmer’s, but now as a real restaurant!
Entrepreneur Cedric Sarfati is the brother of the owner in Paris, and seeing how well they were doing he got convinced to open up a second location in Amsterdam, where he lives. Sarfati is also the owner of (non-vegan) lunch place Galette next door, which actually used to be at the spot where Green Farmer’s is now. Green Farmer’s in Amsterdam opened November 2024. Read more
