This tiny little lady has opinions and expressions even at just a few weeks old!
Meet Button, an injured baby who would prefer to be left alone to heal without intrusion by humans, but we’re afraid we had to interrupt her morning with this rescue–her wound was serious. She let us know right away that she was very bothered by this uninvited contact, and her young eyes expressed not only doubt but mature agitation!
Oh Button, we’re sorry, but we have to help you, or you’ll become very unwell! So we’ve gently lifted her from her busy morning and brought her for treatment. She heals well, and quickly, and we love this video because it shows that transition when she decides to override her mama’s instructions not to trust humans, and that darling little tail begins to wag. Meet sweet, opinionated survivor Button!
