Hello! I just wanted to share my adoption story with you guys.
My husband and I adopted Raya (was Urchin) a week before Christmas 2022. Since joining our home, she has gone from timid and nervous to completely breaking out of her shell. She has built tons of confidence and excelled in obedience training. Her favorite activities include napping (on you preferably) and playing in water. We rescued another puppy just a month after Raya and they have been growing and learning together. We adopted her thinking she was a “German shepherd mix” but her DNA results came back majority pitbull with less than 20% husky and German Shepard which could explain her sweet and cuddly personality. We love our mutt and would recommend rescuing a dog to anyone we know!
