Adobe has announced that Substance 3D subscribers on a Collection or Texturing plan will now get unmetered access to the Substance 3D Assets library. This includes nearly 20,000 professional materials, models, and lighting environments without managing points.
The Substance 3D Assets library represents a collection of high-quality, customizable 3D content, including:
- 13,000+ Materials: Substance 3D Assets’ materials collection forms the cornerstone of the library, offering three distinct categories including Surfaces, Decals, and Atlases
- 6,000+ 3D Models: Substance 3D Asset’s model collection comes production-ready in either .fbx or .glb formats. Each model has been professionally prepared to streamline workflows
- 3D HDR Lights: Substance 3D Assets’ lighting collection offers parametric control through the Substance format (.sbsar).
Each material includes built-in parameters that allow users to adjust attributes like color, surface finish, pattern scale, and more while maintaining photorealistic quality. This flexibility means a single material can generate many variations, ideal for exploring design options or creating consistent assets across projects.
Substance 3D subscribers can access the complete library through the Substance 3D Assets web portal or access materials directly within Adobe Substance 3D Painter. Complete information can be found here.
