Maarten Nauta used a combination of Blender, Gaea, SpeedTree and Houdini for this short video.
The Rise and Fall of a mighty castle. A fun personal project with the main goal of learning a bunch of new skills. I learned a lot about Houdini Pyro and RB FX. I got lots of practice in SpeedTree and Gaea. And ofcourse upped my game in Blender and GeoScatter.
Hope you enjoy.
