Upcoming souls-like action RPG AI LIMIT will release on 27th March 2025 for PlayStation 5 and Windows PC (via Steam), and today publisher CE-ASIA have confirmed that it is scheduled to become available worldwide at 2pm UTC (which is also 2pm in the UK). To celebrate, a new launch trailer has been released thus giving players further insight into this destroyed world.
This launch trailer dives into a world on the brink of destruction, where civilization has fallen and humanity is left fighting for scraps to survive. As such you’ll be introduced to Havenswell, humanity’s last city, as well as the immortal Blader, who is seeking the truth of her origin. The trailer also introduces a brand-new rival Blader, a shadowy figure hellbent on stopping Arrisa in her quest for answers. Additionally it is expected that the game will offer a 25-hour first playthrough, which will see players take on ever increasing powerful enemies and bosses, with defeat seeing your character return to the last restore point.
About: After the sudden yet mysterious collapse of the artificial ecosystem, natural disasters and wars ensued, the civilization was wiped out. And in the centuries that followed, a strange substance known as the Mud spread everywhere, and monsters emerged. You will step into the last city of mankind – Havenswell, exploring cold and damp sewers, layers of slums, sky city above the lake, etc., seeking the truth about the destruction of civilization in monster-infested ruins. Travel through wonders, face mysterious and deadly enemies, and put an end to an eerie and desperate history.
Blader has the appearance of human, but it is actually a new life form created by mysterious technology. With their own missions, they embark on a lonely and dangerous journey, and with the power of the Branches, they respawn after fatal death. Now that the Branches have been destroyed, you, as one of the Bladers, will have to search for and repair the Branches all over the city. You will meet humans and fellow Bladers who are also in dire straits, feel their joys and sorrows, as well as their faith in despair, and together uncover the truth behind the plagues and disasters.
AI LIMIT will be available digitally on 27th March 2025 at 2pm UTC for PlayStation 5 and Windows PC (via Steam), and a 10% discount is currently being offered on Steam and PlayStation Store for pre-orders. A playable demo which allows you to play the opening portions of the game is also available to download from the PlayStation Store and Steam.
