With that out of the way, let’s get on with the bit that you’re here for – our first look at what pre-orders are coming from Anime Limited this April!
I’m Standing on a Million Lives Collector’s Edition
Whether or not you’re fan of those warmer spring days, there’s always time for a quick trip to another world, so we kick off our announcements with a touch isekai dark fantasy atop one decidedly large pile of humans.
“Aloof and logical middle school third-year Yusuke Yotsuya is transported to a game-like alternate world. He becomes a third player and takes on a dangerous quest with his classmates Iu Shindo and Kusue Hakozaki, who were transported there earlier. The cold Yusuke eschews emotionalism and examines all elements with detachment, sometimes even toying with the lives of his companions. Can he protect his party from attacking monsters, difficult incidents, and powerful scheming enemies and win the game?”
First of all, can we just take a moment to admire that slipcase? I mean, just how eye-catchingly incredible is it? And not just because it reminds us a little of Kraftwerk’s The Man-Machine.
If you’re able to tear your eyes off this design and actually open up the product, you’ll find an Amaray case containing the complete 24-episode series across three Blu-ray discs, as well as a 32-page booklet containing two bonus manga chapters for the series, comments from the original author of the series’ source material, and a series of interviews and insights on the show’s production from the cast.

BLEACH Part 5 Blu-ray
Next, it’s time to fill your first BLEACH Collector’s Edition set, with our Part 5 Blu-ray slotting beautifully and smoothly into that lovely box. Doesn’t it feel good to complete something?

As per previous parts, our first print run of this standard edition release will feature a set of bonus card cards! Meanwhile, in keeping with the other volumes you’ll find the Amaray case sporting an O-card, and within is a set of four discs containing episodes 112-139.
After this volume of the series, we’ll be taking a brief respite from our releases of the series for a few months to ensure that our next Collector’s Edition Set (which will be designed to hold parts 6-9 of the show) and its contents are all ready to go, before we continue apace with bringing you Ichigo’s adventures!

Woodpecker Detective’s Office Collector’s Edition
Next on our list is a mystery acquisition… no really, it’s a mystery series based on a novel! If you’re anything like us, you love a good head-scratching mysterious case, and this series delivers in spades…
“It is the end of the Meiji Era. The genius poet Ishikawa Takuboku, who’s struggling financially, starts a detective business out of his lodging in response to a certain murder case. He calls it the Woodpecker Detective’s Office. “The ghosts of the Twelve-Story Tower in Asakusa,” “the man-eating figure who wanders the streets on snowy nights”…
Takuboku involves himself in one bizarre case after another with his hometown acquaintance, Kindaichi Kyosuke, as his assistant.”
We really enjoyed capturing the Meiji era vibe of the series in our Collector’s Edition release, and we hope it shows! This edition of the series sports a rigid slipcase, inside of which you’ll find an Amaray containing the two Blu-ray discs. Also within that slipcase you’ll find a set of four character art cards, as well as an A3 poster to round things off.
We’ll also be making this series available in the US, so look out for this title through one of our US partners in the near future too!

It’s not every day we get to release a title from a director as iconic and important as Mamoru Oshii, but today we’re very excited to confirm that we’re bringing Vlad Love to Blu-ray in both the UK and the USA!
If you want to see one of your favourite anime directors exploring absurdist comedy (with bonus vampire!), then step right up…
“Mitsugu Bamba is a high school girl who is crazy about donating her blood, to the point that she feels compelled to visit a local blood bank despite the unfriendly nurse. We’re sticking with comedy to close out our month, with another brand-new acquisition to surprise and delight both UK and US audiences – it’s time to enjoy some high school hijinks with a decidedly oddball cast of characters in A Destructive God Sits Next to Me!
“High school student Koyuki Seri has a disposition for whipping out witty retorts… but hates people who wait for those retorts! Much to his dismay, he had caught the eye of Hanadori Kabuto, who suffers from a terrible case of delusions of grandeur and everything about him could warrant a retort.
