After Renge and her friends took shelter in a school while a snowstorm passed by, they needed to gather supplies before heading to the next destination. Of course, we see some bonding time with Hinageshi and Erika.
Now that the snowstorm is over, the girls get supplies before heading to the next destination. Shitoron uploaded a new photo on social media, giving hints on their location.
Also, Hinageshi finally gets the video game she wanted, which she preordered but never got due to the incident. Thankfully, there are many physical copies of one, a get-rich-quick game. She seemed very happy to finally get it, as she wanted to play it on launch day but couldn’t. Of course, when Hinageshi revealed a copy of Guilty Dark, Ayame wanted to play that game, which she ordered but never arrived.
Eventually, as Hinageshi plays video games, Erika wants to go and carry her. Of course, Hinageshi, focused on her video games, seems resistant and compares Erika to her mother. Eventually, Renge thinks Erika is challenging Hinageshi since it’s what Yuri did. They agreed to do it. As expected, Hinageshi beats Erika at video games, and Erika beats Hinageshi on a track course.
In short, they eventually have a tie, and Renge suggests doing a cooking contest, although she is getting hungry. It didn’t go well as Hinageshi had canned food and an energy drink as her entry while Erika presented an undercooked bowl of rice. In short, the challenge ended in a tie, given that Hinageshi and Erika are terrible cooks. Thankfully, Renge manages to make something out of it.
During dinner, Hinageshi knows that Erika is too worried about not attending school before the world gets messed up. She would rather be alone playing video games and reading textbooks at home, so she sees no point in going. On the other hand, Erika seems to care about her family, but when they disappear, she spends time with them since Hinageshi is the only person she can trust. She also talks about the difficult things in life when things get tough. Of course, her friends appreciate her, as Erika is essential to the group. While the moment between Erika and Hinageshi is emotional, they are even closer as Erika hugs her. After that, they played a video game together, and Erika promised she would stop carrying her too much. At least they are now even closer.
With that, the girls give the three deceased students a proper burial as they head to their next destination. Renge saw a comment on Shitoron’s post from Beru. Of course, the comment asks if they are human or not. We’ll see, especially if it will be a swimsuit/pool episode next time from the preview.
