Now that so many of you are basking in the warm glow of a full set of NARUTO Blu-rays sat comfortably on your shelves, we’ve had an influx of you quite rightly asking “Okay, so what about NARUTO Shippuden?”
Needless to say, as soon as our work was done with the original series we immediately turned our attentions to starting work on Shippuden, and today is the day that we get to reveal all to you so that you can prepare to immerse yourselves in this epic tale across 2026 and beyond! Read on to see how we’ll be bringing the series to Blu-ray in the UK…
NARUTO Shippuden on Blu-ray
For any of you who have been following our UK releases of the original series of BLEACH on Blu-ray, this will all be very easy and recognisable to you, as following the success and popularity of that release model we’ve opted to take the same strategy with NARUTO Shippuden given its episode count – much like with BLEACH, this gives you the optimal balance of owning great Collector’s Editions at an affordable price while also optimising your shelf space to display the series.
Thus, our plan for the series is as follows:
- There will be four Collector’s Edition sets of NARUTO SHIPPUDEN launched throughout our Blu-ray release run – these will feature volumes 1, 6, 11 and 16 of the series.
- These Collector’s Editions will each contain just one volume of the series, but will also serve as storage boxes for additional Standard Edition volumes. For example, as we’ll see in a moment, our first NARUTO Shippuden Collector’s Edition will contain Part 1 of the series together with a set of art cards, but will also have space to house Parts 2, 3, 4 and 5, which will be sold separately.
- There’ll be a total of 20 volumes of the series, with each Collector’s Edition set holding five volumes.
Each volume of the series will contain approximately 25 episodes across four Blu-ray discs, much like our original NARUTO standard edition volume releases.
With that preamble out of the way, let’s look at how our first set of releases (parts 1-5) will appear on your shelf!
NARUTO Shippuden Collector’s Edition Set 1
Starting out with our first Collector’s box, take a look at this beautiful rigid slipcase, built to house parts 1 through to 5!
Of course, it was always going to be Naruto and Sasuke adorning our first Collector’s Edition set! Now, here’s our full exploded packshot to see what resides within…
Inside that slipcase you’ll find the Part 1 Amaray, which itself contains the first four discs of NARUTO Shippuden, constituting episodes 1-25 of the series. Also included in this collector’s set is a series of four art cards, making use of some of the great artwork available from the show!
Much like our release of the original NARUTO, we’ll be authoring all of the discs for Shippuden ourselves to provide the best picture quality possible so that you can own the full series as a stellar, HD Blu-ray edition.
This initial Collector’s Edition is set for its retail release on Monday, 26th January 2026 – so if you were planning to make your New Year’s resolution “Watch all of NARUTO Shippuden” we’ll do our best to assist!
In fact, you can make that resolution very soon, as pre-orders for this first Collector’s Edition set launch on Thursday 20th November! You’ll be able to pre-order through us at the link below, or through any of your regular home video retailers including HMV, Zavvi and Amazon. This Collector’s Edition set retails with an SRP of £79.99 (although as always, will be cheaper on store shelves).
On the same date, you’ll also be able to pre-order our Part 1 Standard Edition.
This contains all of the same on-disc contents but minus the slipcase and art cards – this will also be released at the same time, at an SRP of £49.99.
