Exciting Security Updates Coming Soon!


We’re making some important updates to how you access telephone and live chat support for your Easyspace account – designed to keep your account even more secure while making support easier for you.

What’s Changing?

Effective from 1st April 2025, we will no longer verify customers using security questions. Instead, when you contact customer care, technical support, or sales, an agent will generate a temporary PIN, which you must confirm to proceed.

How the New Process Works:

  • The temporary PIN will be available in your Easyspace control panel until midnight on the day it is generated.
  • If you do not have control panel access, we can send the PIN via SMS or email to the registered details for the contact.
  • To ensure a smooth support experience, please make sure your email address and mobile number are up to date in your account settings.

Additional User Access Requirement:

From 1st April 2025, support will only be available to the primary account holder or approved additional users. Each additional user will have their own unique PIN for verification.
