          I,  MMM M MMM, Filipino, of legal
age, married, and with residence and postal address at No. 123 May Pag-asa St., Barangay Maharlika, Quezon City,
after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, hereby depose and state
that:

1.   I am the mortgagee in the
foreclosure sale of property owned by RRR R RRR  located at No. 987 Chocolate Hills Avenue, Banana Apple Village,
Quezon City, with an area of  Eight
Hundred Fifty Square Meters (850 sq.m), more or less, and covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. 123456 of the Registry of Deeds of
Quezon City, under the name of RRR R RRR;

2.      I was the
highest bidder in the said foreclosure sale and awarded Certificate of Sale
dated  24 February 2014;     

3.      The above-described
property has no improvement existing thereon of whatever kind and nature;

4.        The above-described property
is classified as residential. 

5.      I am executing this Affidavit for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
