Lester Aldridge is delighted to congratulate Daniel Blair on qualifying as a solicitor in the Real Estate Finance team.
Daniel’s journey with the firm began in 2019 when he joined as a placement student from Bournemouth University. Over the past five and a half years, he has progressed from legal assistant to paralegal and now to solicitor. His qualification marks the culmination of years of dedication and hard work within the Real Estate Finance team.
During his time with the firm, Daniel has gained extensive experience acting for multiple challenger banks and developer clients. He handles a range of property transactions, including commercial, buy-to-let, and mixed-use refinance and purchase matters, as well as part-exchange transactions for a developer client. Known for his strong communication skills and commitment to client relationships, he has built a solid foundation in the field.
Daniel has long aspired to qualify into the Real Estate Finance team, and in a past interview about his experience as a trainee, he highlighted how the firm’s supportive culture and development opportunities played a key role in his journey. Reflecting on his training experience, he said:

There’s a big ‘wider team’ mentality, where it isn’t just about you or your sub-team but how your work affects the group you are part of and the firm as a whole.”
Now, as he takes the next step in his career, Daniel shares his thoughts:
“I am really happy to be qualifying as a solicitor into the Real Estate Finance team – I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at the firm and within the team over the last five and a bit years. I cannot wait to continue growing within the team and wider firm.”
