After four successful years as Hallam’s CEO, Julio Taylor is stepping into a strategic role on Hallam’s board.
We are so grateful for his tenure and guidance during this time; Julio navigated the challenges of the pandemic and lockdown, achieved significant revenue growth, and firmly established Hallam as a leading national agency. With Julio at the helm, we’ve earned numerous international awards for innovation, performance, and a commitment to fostering an exceptional workplace culture, including winning Marketing Week’s prestigious ‘Campaign of the year’ in 2024.
Whilst we’re sad to see him leave, this transition opens the door to a new wave of leadership, ready to take Hallam to the next level.

A new chapter
Leading us into this new chapter is Jake Third, stepping into the role of CEO. Third has been part of Hallam’s journey for over a decade, most recently serving as Managing Director.
Joining Hallam at this exciting time is Gareth James, who has been appointed as Hallam’s new Growth Director. Gareth brings with him a razor-sharp focus on business development and client success, ensuring the growth strategy stays on track.
We’re also excited to announce the well-deserved promotion of Francis Williams as the agency’s new Creative Director. With over 15 years of experience in design and web experience, Francis will ensure Hallam delivers transformative campaigns that deliver outstanding results for clients.
