A Bold Approach to Winning With RE/MAX Tech

The MAX/Tech powered by BoldTrail Success Summit, a month-long, no-cost offering open to affiliates in the U.S. and Canada, includes 36 virtual learning sessions every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in March.

More than 7,000 affiliates have already signed up, Skousen said. They range from beginners who’ve never logged into the platform to advanced users looking to sharpen their skills.

As with any sort of learning, Skousen said, it’s vital to master the fundamentals first.

“You can’t let the cool stuff get in the way of learning the basic stuff. When someone comes up to me and says, ‘I’m not sure about MAX/Tech because it seems too complicated,’ I have a simple reply: ‘Just go in. Just start by putting your contacts into the system,’” Skousen said. “For instance, if you have a database that’s not set up for search alerts, set them up – they’re the number one driver of traffic coming back to you.”

Saxton, the recently hired RE/MAX Holdings EVP of Strategy, agreed that the most important step for affiliates to take is the first one – logging into the system and uploading their contacts. And the time to do it is now – because the year ahead will be filled with enhancements and expansions, especially as more and more brokerages deploy BoldTrail Back Office to create a seamless, front-to-back ecosystem. Several of the new capabilities – some added recently and some coming soon, ranging from business-building AI integrations to time-saving, automated content creation – were discussed at the R4 Opening General Session a day earlier.
