Connells Group has just announced key leadership changes, with Ian Fry, Giles Hart, Anthony Glasgow, and Stuart Dare departing the company with immediate effect.
Members of staff across the business have just been told the news, with Chris Rosindale stepping into the role of chief operating officer of estate agency, joining the executive board.
Additionally, Marc Lightfoot becomes the group mortgage services director, taking on leadership of the mortgage division. Ian Culbert will continue to lead Connells Groups’ lettings business.
Ian Fry, who joined Connells Group in 1996, served as chief executive of estate agency.
Giles Hart, a respected figure in the industry for over 25 years, was until lunch time today national managing director of estate agency.
Anthony Glasgow, chief operating officer of estate agency, has been with Connells Group for over 36 years and before that, Royal Sun Alliance.
Stuart Dare, managing director of mortgage services, has played an important role in developing the group’s mortgage division over the last 20 years.
It is not yet known why the quartet have suddenly left the business.
