I spent 3 days last week showing a client high end condos in Orange Beach, AL. (high end meaning over $1,000,000). So, I was able to have a front row seat to many awesome properties here at the beach. One of the condo communities that my clients zeroed in on was Phoenix Gulf Towers.
As you can see, there are 2 towers here and they both are nearly brand new. The building on the right (west building) was completed in 2023 and the east building was finished in 2024. I’m pretty sure that the condo unit that I showed in the east building has never been slept in before.
Each building is 27 stories tall with a total of 96 units in each building. The individual condos range between 1,549 and 2,091 square feet. There are 2,3, and 4 bedroom options. All of the units have 3 full baths, with the exception of some 4 bedroom floorplans that have 4 full baths.
This is truly unparalleled, coastal condo living at it’s finest.
The amenities for Phoenix Gulf Towers are amazing and plentiful. You’ll find 2 of everything (1 for each building) including: lazy river, water slide, splash pad, heated indoor pool, and fitness center.
