Fisher’s Popcorn
If there were frequent flyer miles earned at Fisher’s Popcorn, then Mitchell David would make it to the Premier 1K of caramel popcorn! Fisher’s popcorn originally opened in 1937 on Talbot Street, Ocean City, MD Boardwalk. Still being run by the THIRD generation of Fisher’s, they have locations in West Ocean City, Ocean City, Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach, and Rehoboth Beach! Offering choices of butter, caramel, caramel apple, caramel cheddar mix, caramel chocolate drizzle, caramel with peanuts, cinnamon caramel, kettle corn, old bay, old bay dusted caramel (now that’s eastern shore!), orange cheddar, white cheddar, and white cheddar dusted caramel in all sizes and container types. Anyone else have a flashback to Forest Gump, “Shrimp is the fruit of the sea…there’s pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad….” Lets just say they have an option for EVERY popcorn lover!

Candy Kitchen
Candy Kitchen all started with a man named Sam Taustin in 1937, opening a candy shop on the Ocean City Boardwalk. Remaining a family-owned business to this day, they have grown to a whopping 19 locations located throughout West Ocean City, Ocean City, Rehoboth Beach, Bethany Beach, and Fenwick Island! Even with this growth, they have continued to make their candies the old-fashioned way with the best ingredients around! Here you will find some of the finest fudge, saltwater taffy, chocolate candies galore, gummies, HUGE lollipops, and the list goes on and on! Who can resist some maple walnut fudge, dark chocolate raisin clusters (raisins are healthy right?!?!), or my kids favorites lego candy blocks! A stop in any of their stores will be an experience your family will never forget!
Dumser’s Dairyland
Originating in 1939, by Mrs. Glady’s, Dumser’s Dairyland has been creating homemade ice cream using only the highest quality of ingredients… and let me tell you, you can taste the difference! Since 1981, Donald Timmons has carried on her tradition and expanded the business throughout Ocean City. With six locations on the island and one in West Ocean City, you are sure to be able to find a location close to you! Serving Hand dipped ice cream, soft served, specialty sundaes, super sundaes, milkshakes and floats… there is something for everyone! Our family favorites are their strawberry milkshakes and their super sundae mint chocolate sundae (three dips of mint chocolate chip ice cream, hot fudge, crushed oreo cookies, whipped cream, with a cherry.)
