Developing a set of core values is like an inner compass that helps you navigate the world. When things don’t feel right, it can point you in the right direction. Your values can lead the way for you when you there is no clear path. Take some time to write or reflect on a core value you have. When done put it up on your wall to remind yourself everyday. If and when your values change, make the appropriate changes to your wall.
