Peter Bialobrzeski: Urban Spaces – Tagree


The City Diaries are Bialobrzeski’s photographic recordings, primarily of the European and Asian cities. The Minsk Diary, for example, deals with everyday life everyday life between traditional values and the prevailing reality in Belarus reality in Belarus – a highly topical issue in view of the tensions and the authoritarian Alexander Lukashenko – a highly topical subject. In Dhaka Diary, Bialobrzeski takes a close look at the focuses on unrestrained growth. It conveys the realization of an irreversible change in urban living spaces. Also portraits of the Danube cities Linz and Budapest, of Zurich, Wolfsburg, Bangkok, Yagon, Osaka and more are shown in the and more are shown in the exhibition. These are complemented by works from the series The Raw and the Cooked, Informal Arrangements, Case Study Home, and No Buddha in Suburbia. The Municipal Building is also particularly pleased to announce the donation of six Peter Bialobrzeski’s photographs from the private collection of Prof. Dr. Guido Adler, which will be honored separately in this exhibition.
