Don’t miss this banter-filled small-town romcom between the prickly black cat heroine and the golden retriever hero who loves to get under her skin. Leaf and Let Die is the perfect feel-good, spicy summer romance.
There’s a thin line between love and hate, and these two walk it like a tightrope.
Brady Judd and MacKenzie Clark have been enemies for as long as anyone in Kirby Falls can remember. Their neighboring farms have been fierce competitors for years, fueling the fire between them.
From adolescent pranks to social media battles, the pair have taken their feuding too far a time or two. So no one is more surprised than the rivals themselves when a sudden kiss and a scorching attraction change everything in an instant.
Mac would like to believe their fling will burn itself out, but the more time she and Brady spend not fighting, the harder it is to admit the truth. That maybe their hatred was a smoke screen all along.
Roles shift and expectations change when a lifelong rivalry makes way for something more, but these stubborn hearts must learn to surrender before they go up in flames.
Book #3 in the Kirby Falls small-town contemporary series follows the steamy, rivals-to-lovers romance between a dirty-talking golden retriever and the last person he ever thought he’d fall for. ‘Leaf and Let Die’ is a full-length romantic comedy filled with humor, heat, and a guaranteed happily ever after.
MacKenzie Clark might have been my closest neighbor for miles, but she was no girl next door.

Y’all should know by now that if given the chance, I would gladly move to Kirby Falls and eagerly become
one of its many unique residents. Leaf and Let Die is Laney Hatcher’s newest release and features
lifelong residents Mackenzie and Brady who have been lifelong playmates, rivals, and enemies for as
long as either of them can remember.
Leaf and Let Die starts with a snapshot memory from Brady’s perspective in High School. Let’s be
honest, no one had it all together in High School and everyone suffered from a terminal case of
awkwardness induced by hormones. Brady is no different. Does anyone else love it when the male main character catches feelings first? I sure do.
How did you explain to someone that the same choices could be wrong for one person and right for another?
Even if Brady and Mac have their share of mishaps, close calls, and misunderstood feelings, I love that
the whole town can see what these two stubborn kids cannot: Mac and Brady are head over heels for
the other. Leaf and Let Die is a slow burn romance with oodles of chemistry.

I love being able to get lost in a Laney Hatcher romance. Between the storyline, the characters, the
descriptions, each new story from Ms. Hatcher is a full experience. I couldn’t have loved my time back in
Kirby Falls more. Being able to see how Brady and Mac’s transformation begins and culminates makes
this a wonderful romance. Leaf and Let Die is a contemporary romance that is perfect for lazy
afternoons in the sunshine. Peep those gorgeous sunflowers…you get it now?
Love isn’t a true-or-false statement. It’s a spectrum, and it sounds like you’ve experienced both ends.
Leaf and Let Die by Laney Hatcher is available everywhere and I guarantee that you’ll want to
add this beautiful new romance to your shelves immediately.
