MY REVIEW

I give full praise to author Matt Haig, openly talking about how depression anxiety and panic attacks in how it affected him. His story is raw, and emotional, where Matt spent many days in bed, not eating. Going back to his early childhood, things triggered upset. I too and many other people suffer depression and anxiety. I’m familiar with the tablets that Matt has described for depression, one which I have myself been subscribed. I have depression for a total different reason that many other people will not experience, my reason for being depressed can’t be cured. This is one book that everyone is talking about. The good thing that has come out from reading Reasons to Stay Alive, it has helped some people and may give more people with depression some strength to get help. This true 10th anniversary edition is a must read even if you haven’t experienced depression anxiety or panic attacks.
