TEDxLogan Circle in Washington DC continues to grow their community with Ticketbud. After their successful first year in 2024 where they brought together 100+ participants, partners, and volunteers to come together to celebrate 12 original TEDx speakers, they returned to host all their community meetups and their signature August event in 2025 via Ticketbud system.
“Having Ticketbud has been super helpful for the team as we centralize how we check users in with multiple team members,” said Monica Kang, Executive Director & Organizer for TEDxLogan Circle. “It’s more of an Apple-store experience where we can approach people and check them in on our devices and we can all see them checked in in one place.”
Monica mentioned the dashboard and reporting features gave event organizers insights into admissions and event-specific reporting.
TEDxLogan Circle was founded to help D.C. innovators connect across industries, seek accessible professional development, get help uplifting their stories and businesses, and find meaningful new relationships in the city they love and live in. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. The TEDxLogan Circle team comprises five generations of volunteers who love DC and community building.
Tickets are still available on Ticketbud for their upcoming event “TEDxLogan Circle 2025 ‘Rethink Courage’” this coming August 14, 2025 at the National Housing Center in DC.
