  • Lass Chance Beverage Co. is a family-run cidery and soda house located in the heart of Keremeos, British Columbia. Rooted in nearly four decades of farming in the Similkameen Valley, the Lasser family has transformed their passion for sustainable agriculture into a mission to combat food waste by upcycling “misfit” fruit into premium beverages.

  • Established in 2023, Lass Chance Beverage Co. was born from the realization that over 3 million pounds of perfectly good fruit were being discarded annually due to cosmetic imperfections. Determined to make a change, the Lasser family began crafting small-batch ciders and all-natural fruit sodas that highlight the rich flavors of the Okanagan and Similkameen Valleys.
